Linen fabric is very strong, excellent absorbent and dries faster than cotton. Also, it is a natural and light material which has antibacterial, odor-resistant and moth-proof features. In the sewing process we

Linen loves to be washed. The linen material is softer and stronger (more durable) after each wash. The linen material can be washed by hand or washing machine using Gentle wash 40°C / 104°F function. If you would like to learn more about our linen care recommendations, click here.

Linen material by itself is hard and not so pleasant to the body. However, after a certain special washing process the linen material becomes soft, gentle and strong. For our products we use maximally softened linen material which is softened with special eco enzymes. This softening method is environment friendly and consumes a minimum amount of water.

Yes, we recommend washing the linen before the first use. However, please make sure that the received linen is the size of your need and the color matches your expectations. Unfortunately, we do not accept the product return after the wash.

The products must be unused, unwashed, in excellent condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. All the return costs are paid by the buyer, except in cases the return is performed due to the fault of the seller, i.e. receipt of the defective product. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as towels & bath mats).

You can cancel the order if it has not been sent yet. Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel the order after the shipment. To cancel the order please contact us through our contact form. Please do not forget to add the order number filling the contact form.
