Processing time

All goods are sewn exclusively for you based on the individual order.

The goods will be sent after 4-7 working days from the confirmation of your order. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification about the shipment status and order tracking information.

What is processing time? This is a period of time that is calculated from the submission of the order to the actual shipment. Upon receipt of your order we immediately start the preparation of your order ensuring the highest quality. The order is prepared exclusively for you starting with individual material cutting, sewing, packaging and shipping.

The order preparation depends on the complexity of the product or size of the order. However, it should not exceed the processing time indicated above. In case of any unexpected events or delays beyond our control, you will be informed in advance.

Cancellations

You can cancel the order within 12 hours, if the order has not been sent yet. Unfortunately, the cancellation is not possible if the order is already sent. To cancel the order, please contact us through our contact form, please do not forget to add the order number.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with the order you received, we can offer you an exchange or refund.

If you are not sure about the color, you can order a material sample.

All orders can be canceled without giving any reason by contacting us through our contact form within 30 days of the delivery of the order.

In case of the return, the goods must be unused, unwashed, in excellent condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. All the related return costs are paid by the buyer (including the tax and duties, if applicable) , except when the return is performed due to the fault of the seller.

If the goods arrived damaged or we accidentally sent the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the order through our contact form and we will offer the exchange or refund.

Refunds are made after the goods arrive at our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note, should your return not meet our return policy standards listed above, it will not be eligible for refund and we will re-ship the order to the original address.

Import Tax & Duties

Our goods are sent form the European Union (Lithuania), for the orders outside the European Union additional taxes and duties may be applied.

Singapore - duty are not applied to orders up to S$ 400;

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customers. If your order is subject to tax and duties, such taxes will be collected at the time of delivery. If you are not sure about the potential tax and duties which may arise, we recommend you contact your local Customs authorities and get more information about such taxes before placing your order.
